| 摘 要： | 当前在大学生的实践教学中存在着方式方法陈旧、与工作实际脱节、教学低水平徘徊等问题。应从改革完善实践教学计划与大纲人手，优化实验教学内容；利用现代教育技术新成果，改革实验教学手段；改革实验管理模式，积极建设开放式实验室；加强实习基地建设，提高生产实习和毕业实习的有效性；营造良好环境氛围，促进多种形式的课外创新实践活动的开展；围绕创新能力测量，改革考评机制，以利创新人才脱颖而出。

| Abstract: | There are some problems which exsit in the fulfillment teaching of the current university students, such as:old teaching methods, dislocating with practicing work, low teaching level going back and forth and so on. We should start with reforming and perfecting practicing teaching plans and outlines,improving the contents of experiment teaching course;then we could make use of the new result of modern education technique, reforming the means of experiment teaching;and we should reform the experiment management mode,building open type of laboratories positively; then we should enhance the development of practicing base, increasing the usefulness of practicing in the fields of producing and graduation; we could construct good environment so as to promoting various kinds of exhibitions of openning and creative fulfillment activities; at last, we should reform the test mechanism surrounding the diagraph of creative ability, for the convenience of creative the talented person outshine others. |
