| 摘 要： | 现在社会上把会展人才分为会展核心人才、会展辅助性人才以及会展支持型人才。会展核心人才包括会展策划和会展高级运营管理等人才,他们在行业中层次最高,专业性最强;会展业辅助性人才包括设计、搭建、运输、器材生产销售等人才;会展业支持型人才则包括高级翻译、会展商务、旅游接待等人才。高职高专会展专业人才培养目标定位应放在会展支持型人才的培养上。基于此定位,本文结合我校应用英语专业(会展方向)人才的培养目标,提出了几点围绕学生职业能力培养的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the exhibition talents are divided into three types: Exhibition core talents,exhibition auxiliary talents and exhibition support talents.Exhibition core talents are the highest and the most professional management talents;Exhibition auxiliary talents often do some designs,constructions,transportations and equipment manufacturing sales;Exhibition support talents’ work includes high-level translation,exhibition business,tour operators etc.With this positioning and the objectives of our applied-English major,this paper brings forward several effective approaches of training students’ vocational ability. |
