| 摘 要： | 教师是高等学校的主体．采取切实措施加强高等学校教师队伍建设，是政府和高等学校的必然选择。美国作为一个发达国家．在高等学校教师队伍建设方面有成功的做法和经验，也存在一定的问题。本对美国高等学校教师队伍建设作了基本的考察与分析，并在此基础上就加强我国高等学校教师队伍建设提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Teachers are the main part of college, therefore it is inevitable for the government and college to take feasible measure to strengthen the building of teacher's group. As a developed country, American has gained much successful experience, as well as facing some problems. This article gives a basic investigation and analysis on the building of college teacher's group in American, on which basis proposes suggestions and countermeasures for this kind construction in China. |
