| 摘 要： | 本文从法律英语语言特征角度，分析了法律英语的词汇特征，并举例加以具体说明，以展现出法律英语是一种特殊的专业性英语，其翻译原则也具有独特特点。针对实用文体法律英语的翻译，本文在阐释了准确性及精确性、一致性及同一性、专业性与规范化三种翻译原则后，提出了直译、意译和增减词法的法律英语词汇翻译方法，以期探索法律英语词汇翻译的有效翻译途径。

| Abstract: | The thesis firstly analyzes the lexical characteristics of legal language to clearly prove that legal language is a special, practical and professional language. With examples and the further - detailed explanation on lexical characteristics, the thesis elaborates the three translation principles, then proposes the translation methods of literal translation, free translation and amplification and omission, with an aim to discover the effective translation methods on lexieal legal language. |
