摘    要:多元智能理论对职前英语教师的培养有重大意义。职前教师应注重互动交流,明晰"学生发展为中心"的教学理念,夯实专业基础,构建多层次的知识体系,接触教学实践,掌握课堂技能,运用多元化的评价方式,不断自我学习。多元智能理论为职前教师培养提供了新视角。

Abstract:Multi - intelligence theory is of great significance to the cultivation of pre - service English teachers. It can help pre -service teachers pay attention to the interaction between teachers and students and keep the teaching concept of student - centered development in mind. Moreover, it can help to lay a solid professional foundation and build a multi - level knowledge system. As pre - service teachers, they should actively participate in teaching practice to master classroom teaching skills. At the same time, they should improve themselves continuously and learn to use the multi - criteria evaluation mode. The author holds that it will contribute to the pre - service teacher cultivation in a new way.
