| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的核心是社会资源的公平分配，它包括经济资源、政治资源和文化资源等。社会资源分配不公，不仅影响经济的持续健康发展，而且危及社会稳定，甚至关系到巩固多年来改革开放所取得的成就。为此我们要以中国的传统文化做为构建和谐社会的文化根基，以科学社会主义革命理论和实践做为构建和谐社会的基础，以中国社会主义革命和建设的经验和教训做为构建和谐社会的关键，促进和加快我国和谐社会的构建。
