| Abstract: | The article force on the present situation of e-business in China, the information publishing for the enterprise are analyzed, the contracts signing and payments problem are discussed. In order to solve these problems, the information rights for websites must be established. Meanwhile the digital signatures should be encrypted, the third-party payment systems should be analyzed. It is also expounded the solution for the Chinese Modern Enterprise Electronic Business. |
