| 摘 要： | 发展文化产业，核心问题就是提高文化产业竞争力。文章分析了昆明市文化产业发展中存在的问题，并从四个方面探讨了提升昆明文化产业竞争力的具体路径：1．深化文化体制改革，进一步转变政府职能；2．加快调整文化产业的结构，有序推进文化产业进程；3．积极拓宽投融资渠道；4．以产品创新为重点，努力提高产业创新能力。

| Abstract: | In the development of cultural industry, the key issue is to improve the competitiveness of cultural industry. The paper analyzes the problems in the course of development , discusses the feasible ways of improving the competitiveness of Kunming cultural industry from four aspacts:1.Deepening the reform of cultural system and making the government shift its function further, 2.Quickening the adjust structure of cultural industry and pushing it forward systematically, 3.widening the routes of raising fund actively, 4. trying hard to improve industrial creativeness and centering the point of products creation. |
