| 摘 要： | 本文以广西建设职业技术学院毕业生跟踪调查为背景，通过对调查数据的统计分析，从用人单位对毕业生的评价和毕业生自评的结果来看，学院的人才培养质量得到了社会的普遍认可，社会声誉良好。但也反映出了教育教学过程中存在的问题，由此提出教育教学改革以及人才培养质量进一步提高的对策，以培养更多高技能应用型社会人才。

| Abstract: | In this paper,taking the investigation of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction graduate as the background,through statistical analysis of survey data evaluation from graduates self-assessment and from the employer,the quality of personnel training was recognized and obtained good social reputation.But it reflected some problems during the teaching,so the countermeasure of education reform and improving talent training quality further was proposed so as to train more high-level skiuful applied talent. |
