| Abstract: | Schools-running characteristic is the core and competitive power of education in local colleges.Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology was used to illustrate the social function of local colleges.The importance of schools-running characteristics of local colleges were demomstratied from the aspects of historical accumulation,keeping pace with the time and long-term development. |
