| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了军校坚持以人为本开展创新教育的紧迫性,分析了创新能力培养的基本要素,给出了学员创新能力培养的基本手段,包括培育以人为本的教学理念、激发学员的个人潜能、加强教学过程中学员的主体性以及加强实践教学的必要性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the necessity of developing the innovative education by insisting on people oriented in army academy is proposed.The basic elements of innovative education are analyzed.The basic measures of innovative education are given,including the educating ideas of people oriented,arousing students potentiality,the subjectivity of students in the education and the necessity of strengthening parcticing education. |
