杜仲叶中杜仲胶的提取及纯化研究

摘    要:目的研究杜仲叶中杜仲胶的提取及纯化方法。方法采用碱浸法和溶剂法结合法,从预处理后的杜仲叶中提取杜仲胶并利用溶解度差异对其进行纯化。采用正交实验对提取中的影响因素碱浓度、提取温度和提取时间进行考察,采用单因素实验对纯化溶剂进行考察。结果碱浓度15%.提取温度100℃.提取时间2.5h为提取杜仲胶的最佳工艺条件;在最佳条件下,石油醚对杜仲胶的纯化效果最好,汽油次之,但两者相差不大,乙醇最低。结论实验优选的提取条件简单、可行,可用于预处理后杜仲叶中杜仲胶的提取;汽油可作为作为杜仲胶纯化产业化生产中的溶剂。

Abstract:Objective: The extraction and purification methods of eneommia rubber were studied. Methods: By alkali decomposition and sol- vent method, extraction and Purification Eueommia rubber from pretreated Eueommia Leaves by the solubility differenee. Study alkali concen- tration, extractiontemperatureandextraetiontimewithOrthogonalexperimentalfactors; study pufified solvent using single faetor experiment Results: Alkali concentration 15%, extraction temperature 100℃, extraction time 2.5h is the optimum conditions for the extraction of Eu- eommia rubber; under optimal eonditions, petroleum ether purified Eueommia rubber is best, followed by gasoline, hut the difference be- tween them is little, ethanol purified is minimum.Conclusion: Experimental preferred extraction conditions is simple, feasible and can be used after pretreatment Eueommia Leaves extract; gasoline can be used as purified solvents of Eueommia rubber in industrial production.
