| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校管理重心的下移，二级学院教务管理工作内容不断增多，作用不断增大，但一些问题也随之显现。针对目前高职院校存在的不够重视基层教务管理人员、管理理念跟不上学校发展新要求、教务人员职业能力有待提高等问题，高职院校应构建二级学院教务管理网络系统、建立基层教务管理人员的培训和激励机制。

| Abstract: | With the downward of management ,sub-colleges in HVC have more work to do .It’s becoming more and more important ,whereas more problems are emerging .Targeted at the present problems ,this paper put forwards that a management network should be set up for sub -colleges ,and there should be trainings and awarding mechanism for the staff . |
