| 摘 要： | 该文以中国大陆《饭店星级的划分与评定》和台湾《星级旅馆建筑设备评鉴基准表、星级旅馆服务品质评鉴基准表》文本为依据，通过参与对中国大陆多家星级饭店的评审和赴台高等学府饭店管理专业的进修学习及星级饭店实地的考察等方式，对海峡两岸星级饭店评定标准的基本要求、硬件评鉴、服务评鉴、评定专家组成结构四方面进行了对比和研究，并借此对大陆饭店星级评定标准提出了设想和建议。

| Abstract: | The study was based on the text including “Classification ＆ Accreditation for Star-Rated Tourist Hotel” of mainland China and “Star hotel construction equipment evaluation reference file ,Star hotel service quality evaluation benchmark file”of Taiwan,combined with participation in Chinese Star-rating Hotels and spot inspection of Star-rating Hotels in Taiwan, we have got the comparison and research from the basic requirements of standards,hardware evaluation,service evaluation ,aspects of the structure for both sides of straits and put forward some reasonable assumptions and suggestions for star-rating hotel for mainland China. |
