| 摘 要： | 目前我国农村金融处于较为严重的抑制状态和被边缘化境地,造成这一状况的原因是,农村金融体系尚未健全,农村金融组织功能不够完善。本文拟运用系统理论的分析框架,对农村金融发展滞后的原因进行剖析,并在此基础上,提出构建多元竞争、功能互补、适应农村经济社会发展需求的农村金融体系的改革取向。

| Abstract: | At present, Chinese rural finance lies in serious restrained situation and bordered condition, which is caused by imperfection of Chinese rural financial system and rural financial organizations. This article will use framework of systematic theory to analyse the cause of backward rural financial development. On this basis, the article will emphasize the necessity of building Chinese rural financial system characterized by pluralistic competition and mutual replenish function. |
