| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国理论界关于企业文化问题的研究,就企业文化的概念、评价体系、经济功能和现存问题等四个方面的观点进行了评述.指出企业文化是包含多种要素、内容广泛的有机体系,要客观的评价企业文化应全面考核各项指标.并指出我国在企业文化创建和改造中应注意的问题.

| Abstract: | This text is directed against the researches about the corporate cultu re in theory circle of our country. The review has been made on viewpoints conce rning concept, appraisal system, economic function and extant of the corporate c ulture,etc. It is pointed out that corporate culture is a organics system inclu ding many kinds of key elements and with extensive content. So we should examine every index objectively when we evaluate corporate culture. And point out the q uestions that should be paid attention to during the corporate culture establish ing and transformation in our country. |
