企业经营美学研究导论

摘    要:适应大众生活的不断艺术化和审美化趋势,现代企业经营不仅应该是一种经济活动,也应该努力成为一种审美化的活动。企业经营美学就是把企业经营过程中美学原理的应用问题作为自己研究对象的一门实用性交叉学科。本文作为企业经营美学研究的一个导论,试图提纲挈领地阐明以下四个问题:一是企业经营美学的研究对象和学术使命;二是企业经营美学的学科特点;三是企业经营美学的理论体系;四是企业经营美学建立的时代背景和价值前景。

Abstract:In the process of people's daily life to art appreciation,modern enterprise management should not only be considered as a kind of economic activity,but also an economic activity involved with aesthetics.Aesthetics of enterprise management is a crossed subject which takes practice aesthetic theory in enterprise management as its own research object.As an introduction to this subject,this article tries to illustrate four points as the followings: first is the object and the purpose of the study,the second is the characteristics of aesthetics of enterprise management;the third is the theoretical system of the subject,and the last is the background of time and its value which the subject is based upon.
