| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、专家访谈法对新疆拳击运动现状进行调查分析,结果表明拳击是新疆竞技体育的龙头项目,新疆拳击队曾多次夺得过国内外大赛较好成绩,也是2008年北京奥运会拳击比赛代表中国队夺牌的重点队之一。但是目前在后备人才建设、教练员培训、训练经费等方面也存在许多问题。对策：继续大力发展新疆拳击运动员后备人才的培养,迅速加强教练员岗位培训,加强教练员的科研意识,多渠道筹措资金,解决训练中的实际存在的困难,可为新疆今后拳击运动的进一步发展提供必要的参考依据。 |

| Abstract: | Using the literature material law,the question nair esurvey law,the on-the-spot in vestigation law,the expert tall law carries on the diagnosis to the Xinjiang boxing movement present situation,finally indicated the boxing project was the Xinjiang athletics sports main item,the Xinjiang boxing team once many timeshas captured a domestic and foreign big games better result,also wasin 2008 the Beijing Olympic Games boxing competition seizes one of sign key teams on behalf of the Chinese team But at present has many problems.Countermeasure: The continuation vigorously develops the Xinjiang boxer reserve talented person'sraise,rapidly streng thens the trainer on-the-job training,strengthens trainer's scientific research consciousness,multi-channelraises the fund,in the solution training actual existence difficulty,might enhance the essential reference for the Xinjiang next boxing movement further development. |
