| 摘 要： | 针对电信运营企业特定的组织形式和管理模式，分析了电信运营企业现有竞争情报部门的组织模式及其优缺点，在此基础上给出了两种改进后的竞争情报部门组织模式，并就这两种模式特点进行了探讨。
