| 摘 要： | 中国科技发展水平已位居发展中国家的前列,但在世界范围内仍处于中游,与发达国家和一些新兴工业化国家的差距仍然很大,中国政府应该继续加强科技政策的改善与实施,进一步提高中国的科技竞争力。

| Abstract: | Among developing countries,science and technology competitiveness of China has been in the forefront,but still in the middle level world widely.There is large gap to compare China with developed countries and emerging industrial countries.Chinese government should strengthen the extent of policy innovation and implementation to improve the competitiveness. |
