| 摘 要： | 利用博弈论的理论与方法,深入分析了高校与科研人员之间的博弈行为,为实现科研管理费用提取的合理比例提供方法.高校要通过降低申请者的申请成本、支持重大科研项目、根据成本制定科研管理费提取比例来鼓励申请者进行科研活动.

| Abstract: | With the game theory, this paper analyzes the behavior of the researchers in order to achieve a reasonable proportion of the research funds for management. Universities are committed to reducing the costs,supporting the major projects,and eventually formulating a proper ratio of the management fees. |
