| 摘 要： | 加强高校学生党建工作队伍建设对推动高校学生党建工作具有重大的现实意义。为此,要重点选拔、培养好学生党支部书记,逐步健全支部委员会;健全学生党建工作组织机构,完善"支部建在班上"的领导体制和工作机制;加强和改进学生党建工作队伍培训机制的建设,实现培训教育的制度化、规范化;建立合理的激励机制,为学生党建工作队伍建设提供必要的经费支持和物质保障。

| Abstract: | Since strengthening the troop construction of college students' party strengthening has really significant meaning to the promoting the task of party strengthening,the following measures should be taken to ensure an effective working team:electing and cultivating the secretaries of CCP branch of college students and perfecting the committee gradually;improving not only the organization's structure of the task of party strengthening but also the leading system and working mechanism of"party branch organized in the class";strengthening and improving the cultivating mechanism construction of student staff team in party strengthening to accomplish the systematization and standardization of educational cultivation;building reasonable encouraging mechanism and ensuring necessary financial support and material guarantee to the construction. |
