| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了研究生素质教育的背景和现状,分析当代研究生素质教育应包括的内容,提出了研究生素质教育要从构建专业素质为基础,非专业素质为辅助的综合素质服务平台.并对构建以人才需求为导向,专业培养和社会实践结合的课题参与模式,构建以培养创新精神为主线,形成和谐校园环境的文化整合模式等方面进行了探索.

| Abstract: | The situation and content of the quality-orientated postgraduate education were investigated in this paper.Some advices were suggested that administrators should provide a platform for postgraduates,in which the professional and composite quality of students were strengthened,a model that combining professional education with social practice according to social requirements for postgraduates and a harmonious campus environment in order to cultivate an innovatived spirit. |
