| 摘 要： | 美国高校学生事务管理队伍从无到有,先后经历了学生事务管理队伍的孕育、确立、发展、成熟四个阶段,管理队伍具有人员构成多样化、素质要求专业化、管理建设规范化等特点.美国高校学生事务管理队伍的发展启示我们,高校学生管理队伍要增强专业意识、优化队伍结构;要增强法治意识、突出法制规则;要增强服务意识、彰显人本管理.

| Abstract: | The American university not only has the first-class teaching quality in the world,moreover its student management also has a lot that worth studying.The American university student affairs management troop has experienced four stages successively including non-existence,breeding,establishment and development,and mature.It has the following characteristics:diversified personnel constitution,professional requirement and stan- dardized management.The American experiences inspire us:The university students management troops should strengthen the professional consciousness;the troop structure needs to be optimized;we should strengthen the consciousness of government by law and the legal system rules;we must strengthen the service consciousness. |
