| 摘 要： | 1939年3月15日,德国吞并捷克斯洛伐克,欧洲局势极为紧张。为了制止希特勒德国的侵略,苏联和英法进行了一系列旨在建立集体安全体系的外交活动,但由于种种原因,谈判没有取得成功。同时,苏联和希特勒德国为了各自的国家利益和现实安全需要,抓住时机签订了互不侵犯条约,给世界局势造成了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | Just before the Second World War's breaking out, British and France carried out a series of diplomatic activities in order to prevent from the invasion of German and set up a collective safety system . But all the negotiations did not get ahead at all for many reasons. As a result, the Soviet Union contracted a peaceful treaty with German in August of 1939. |
