| Abstract: | Although the procedure law teaching reform has achieved many results,it still exist lots of problems.The question focused on the performance of procedural law teaching is difficult to adapt to the needs of the current social and judicial practice.In order to adapt to the legal profession,the new teaching mode of the procedure law should based on guide of the principles of integrity,application and interactivity,strengthen construction of textbook and teaching bases of the Procedure Law;strengthen teachers training and teaching ability;strengthen practice teaching and students professional competence;innovate teaching methods and strengthen effects of knowledge acceptance of students;pay attention to teaching dialogue,refine experience and form theory. |
