| 摘 要： | 高校教务管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分之一，是维持高校正常教学的重要保障，而教务管理工作的质量与教务管理人员的素质成正相关。因此，教务管理人员应培养自身专业素质，提高教务管理工作的水平。文章就高校教务管理人员的现状从专业态度、专业知识、专业技能三个角度分析高校教务管理人员应具备的专业素质，并提出若干培养策略。
