| 摘 要： | 大学在变迁与演替中凝聚生成了自己特有的组织文化，大学精神则是大学文化的核心，是大学文化的集中反映，也是时代精神的精华。从大学组织文化这一研究视角出发，在组织文化中引入物理学中的“场”概念，把组织文化的作用虚拟为一种场的作用，即组织文化场，再从“场”的角度来反思和梳理大学这一特殊组织的文化精神，探寻可能的建构措施。

| Abstract: | The university condensed and produced one＇s own special organization culture while in changes, the spirit of the university is a core of the university culture, and the concentrated reflection of the university culture, it is the quintessence of the spirit of the times too. From visual the research angle of university organization culture, to introduce the “field” concept of physics to organization culture, the article dummies the function of organization culture being one function of field, that is the organize cultural field, and then reviews and combs this cultural spirit of the special university organization in terms of “field”, pursues the possible constructing measures. |
