| 摘 要： | 文章以德阳通用电子科技学校为例,阐述了如何建立一整套经营学校后勤管理系统,全方位多角度地开展经营运作,充分调动教职工和学生的积极性和主动性。其经营方略主要是:小卖部、食堂由学校自主经营;加强日常水、电、气管理;分级设立仓库,严防公有资产浪费和流失;统一公寓用品和校服,校容校貌焕然一新;开展"三自活动"培养学生的生存能力。

| Abstract: | Taking Deyang General Electronic School as an example,this article expatiates the way of setting up a information system for logistics management of a school to carry out all-round operations and to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of faculty and students.Main strategies as following:canteens and cafeterias run by school;Strengthen routine management of water,electricity and gas;grading the establishment of warehouses and prevent waste and loss of public assets;unify apartment's supplies and school uniforms;cultivate students' viability through "Three-self Activity". |
