| 摘 要： | 在分析河南省实施“数字河南”的必要性和可行性的基础上,提出了“数字河南”发展战略的战略目标,发展模式,战略重点和战略步骤,培养人才,引进人才,倡导人才流动,知识流动,推动知识创新,发展信息技术产业,抢占高新技术的“制高点”,实现河南省在知识经济时代的可持续发展是其发展目标;“赶超式、跨越式”是其发展模式;“数字郑州”、“数字交通”和“数字农业”是其战略重点,并概述了战略步骤中各个步骤的实施要点。

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the strategic goal, the developing pattern, the strategic emphasis and the strategic step of the"Digital Henan" strategy on the basis of the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the "Digital Henan".The strategic goal is to cultivate talents and absorbing talents, introducing the flow of talents an d knowledge exchange, promoting knowledge innovation, developing information industry, taking up the "commanding point" of high technology, realizing sustainable developmen t at the age of knowledge economy in Henan province. The developing pattern is in a surpassing and crossing pace. The strategic emphasis is "Digital Zhengzhou", "Digital Traffic" and "Digital Agriculture". In addition, it summarizes implementation point s of the three steps in the strategic process. |
