新疆高校国际法课程教学的思考

摘    要:本文以新疆的法学高等教育办学和人才培养为切入点,分析了当前法学教育尤其在国际法教学中存在的问题,进而阐述了国际法教学创新的必要性,说明在新疆法学高等教育背后所面临的挑战,提出了以法律的“非本国化”观念转型为基础、以法律的思考能力和分析能力为核心,由学生的被动接收知识变主动学习知识等,由此重.最探讨了新疆高校法学高等教育中国际法教学创新的对策。

Abstract:From Xinjiang Higher Education Law and personnel training as the breakthrough point, the article analyzes the current international law teaching, in particular the problems that exist in teaching, and the necessity of reform of international law teaching as well as the facing challenge in higher education of international law in Xinjiang. It proposes that the premise of reform of international law teaching should be based on the concept transition of "non-national" of law, and taking legal thinking and analytical skills as the core of international law, and also pros forward the key to the teaching reform that is to change students the passive receiver of knowledge to be the initiative receiver, probes into the countermeasures for teaching reform of international law in Xinjiang higher colleges.
