| 摘 要： | 将大鼠分成生理盐水对照组，杜仲叶浸提物制剂大、中、小三组和杜仲皮煎剂大、小两组，共六组。用十二指肠给制剂，观察杜仲叶浸提物制剂对正常大鼠血压及心率的影响，并与杜仲皮煎剂对其影响进行比较。结果表明：杜仲皮煎剂4．2g／kg和杜仲叶浸提物制剂6．3g／kg均可使正常大鼠的血压降低，并且前的生物效价比后高。杜仲叶浸提物制剂6．3g/kg可使大关鼠的心率减慢。

| Abstract: | The rats were divided into six groups including physiological brine comparative group,large,middle,small Eucommia leaves extracted preparation group and large,small Eucommia peel decoction group.With duodenum preparation,we observed the influence of Eucommia leaves extracted preparation on blood pressure and heart rhythm of rats,compared with the affection of Eucommia peel preparation on normal rats.The reswlt showed that both 4.2g/kg Eucommla peel decoction and 6.3g/kg Eucommia leaves extracted preparation could make the blood pressure of normal rats drop down.Inaddition,biology efficiency of the former is higher than the latter.Eucommia leaves extracted preparation could make the heart rhythm of rats slower. |
