| 摘 要： | 随着国家对学前教育的高度重视,各地幼托机构数量的迅速递增,造成幼儿园从教人员的短缺,特别是能承担农村保教工作的人员严重不足。为使学前教育专业学生能顺利承担农村幼儿园保教工作,高职学前教育专业中"学前儿童卫生保健"课程应从强化学生职前教育、提高学生学习兴趣、编写校本教材、构建"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面做全面的改革应对。

| Abstract: | With great importance of the pre-school education,the number of preschools has been increasing rapidly,resulting in the shortage of teaching staff in kindergartens.Especially those who are qualified in rural areas are in great shortage.In order to make the graduates who major in preschool education be qualified for the teaching in kindergartens in rural areas,in the teaching reform of "preschool child health care",which is one of the important courses for the preschool education majors in vocational colleges,the following measures should be taken into consideration: the emphasis of pre-service education,the improvement of students’ interest in study,the compilation of school based teaching materials and the construction of "double professional "teaching staff. |
