| 摘 要： | 本文基于当今社会从"南京彭宇案"到"小悦悦事件"的道德危机现象,对世俗道德危机进行界定,指出信任危机的形成以及深化是世俗道德危机的线索,分析了世俗道德危机产生的根本原因在于礼俗社会转向法理社会中私德适用范围的缩小、私德转向公德出现问题以及政府与个人关系的改变。直接原因是人们针对现状做出的理性选择的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper defines secular moral crisis based on the eases of PENG Yu and Yueyue and pointed out that the formarion and deterioration of trust crisis is clue to secular moral crisis, and the underlying causes lie in the narrowing of morality scope in the turning process from the ethic community to legal society, problems existing in transference from private moral to secular morals, and change of government and personal relations.
