| 摘 要： | 对私有财产权的保障，促进了西方国家宪法和宪政制度的完善。我国现行宪法基本上确立了完整的私有财产权保护体系。私有财产权的保障体现民主自由与个人独立，促进市民社会的形成和发展，更重要的是，它是建立现代法治和宪政制度的基石。

| Abstract: | The protection of private property right has promoted the improvement of constitutionand constitutional system of the western countries. China＇ s current constitution has basically established a complete protection system of private property. The protection of the private property embodies freedom of democracy and independence of individual, promotes the formation development of citizen society and what is more, it has established on the base of rule of modern law and constitutional system. |
