| 摘 要： | 财务管理是事业单位经济管理的重心，是事业单位计划和任务全面完成的有力保障。目前我国事业单位财务管理中存在诸多问题，影响了事业单位的改革与发展。为此，各事业单位必须建立健全财务制度，严格预算管理，严格固定资产管理，加强财会人员队伍建设，加强财务管理监督。

| Abstract: | Financial management, the key of economic management in public institutions, can strongly guar- antee the accomplishment of plans and tasks. Many problems of present financial management in Chinese public in- stitutions have affected its reform and development. Therefore, all the public institutions must establish complete fi- nancial systems, make strict budget and fixed - assets management, enhance the construction of financial and ac- counting stuff, and strengthen the supervision of financial management. |
