| Abstract: | The rising housing price has become one of the predominant factors affecting the happiness index of residents. Based on several aspects of subjective index system, the paper analyzed the impact of housing price on happiness index of residents. Some constructive approaches are put forward on the part of the government, consumer and commercial banks. |
