MDO中学科优解与整体优解关系探讨

摘    要:在研究复杂产品系统规划分解、整体优化的基础上,提出了MDO中学科的数学描述方法;根据学科优化模型和系统整体优化模型,结合库恩—塔克极值理论,提出并证明了MDO中学科最优解直接组合成为系统整体最优解的3个条件,丰富了复杂产品系统的优化理论,分析了现实中系统整体最优解很难由学科最优解直接组合而得到的原因,得到了整体优化与学科优化的辩证关系,有助于寻找复杂产品系统的整体优解。

Abstract:Based on decomposition and overall optimization of complex product system, a mathematic method was proposed to describe disciplinary in multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO). Based on system global optimization model and disciplinary optimization model, combined with the Kuhn-Tucker extreme value theory, three conditions of disciplinary optimal solutions that compose system global optimal solutions were presented. The difficulty in attaining system global optimal solutions through disciplinary optimal solutions superposition was analysed. The dialectical relationship between the global optimization and the disciplinary optimizations was derived, which can contribute to the global optimization solutions of complex product system.
