| 摘 要： | 近几年来，经济发展迅速，企业面临的各种风险也随之发生了很大变化，在内容和性质方面，都比以前复杂得多．本文探讨了企业所面临的各种风险，阐述了风险管理工作对企业的重要性和与其他管理工作的区别，给出了企业风险管理工作的目标和内客，最后针对国内企业的状况提出了几点建议。
