| 摘 要： | 我国民办高等教育在改革开放中迅速发展，进入新世纪急需政策环境的支持，民办学校的校长们要建立新的思维模式，寻求新的发展机遇，要认真贯彻《民办教育促进法》，准确定位，办出特色，加强教师队伍建设，处理好与政府、市场等方方面面的关系，实现更快更好的发展。

| Abstract: | In the period of reform and open,our country's civilian-run higher education is swiftly developing and urgently wants the support from the policy environment.It is necessary for the principals of civilian-run colleges and universities to set up new thought pattern,seek new developing chances,seriously carry out ,realize feature,strengthen the construction of teaching staff;well handle their relation among the government and the market,so as to realize still faster and better development. |
