| Abstract: | This paper reviews the researchers about Chinese retired athletes＇employment from three aspects which include employment status,influencing factors and countermeasures. Then,it puts forward some viewpoints which are pay attention to occupational education of athletes,exploring the research on entrepreneurial ideas of retired athletes, and pay attention to overseas retired athletes＇employment. |
