数控步进电源的设计

摘    要:设计了一种以单片机Atmega16为控制系统的步进电源,输出电压为0-+12V,通过按键可以实现±O.5V步进输出;采用4094驱动数码管显示,显示精度为0.1V。当输出超限时,具有自动报警功能。通过实验验证了此步进电源的实用性。

Abstract:A kind of step power source is designed with the control system of microcontroller Atmega16.The output voltage is 0 ~ +12v,and ± 0.5v step output can be achieved through the key.It adopts the display of 4094 driven nixie-tube,and the display precision is 0.1V.When the output exceeds the limit value,it can alarm automatically.Practicability of this electrical source has been verified by experiment.
