| 摘 要： | 随着中央苏区重要的历史地位和革命根据地法制史研究的深入,必然导致中央苏区法制史渐成独立的研究领域。中央苏区法制史研究大致经历了沉寂、奠基和发展、升温和拓展三个时期。学术史的回顾有助于梳理已经取得的成绩,发现存在的不足,展望今后的努力方向。

| Abstract: | Because of the important historical position of the Central Soviet area and deep research on legal history in Revolutionary Base Areas, inevitably it leads legal history in Central Soviet Area to be a independent research field. Reasearch on legal history in Central Soviet Area has experienced three stages, namely, the unheralded period, foundational and developing time, and ascending and expanding age. Review of academic history helps to comb the achieved performance, find the deficiencies, and look forward to the direction in the future. |
