地方高师院校职前教师教育课程改革探析

摘    要:随着社会经济发展及教育实践的前行,地方高师院校培养教师的重心和职前教师专业毕业生的流向发生了重大改变。一些高师院校无视现实仍然按照传统的师范教育模式和课程体系培养职前教师,导致毕业生难以适应基础教育挑战,应破除传统师范课程旧观念,树立教师教育理念;科学调整课程设置结构,培养面向基础教育实际的教师。

Abstract:Along with the social economy and educational practice development, the cultivation focus of the local teacher colleges and the flows of the preserved teacher graduates have taken a great change. Some of them ignore the reality and still cultivate preserved teachers according to the traditional normal education mode and curricular system, which gave the graduates difficulties to adapt to the education challenge of primary schools and middle schools. The author tries to analyze the issue specifically and puts forward some measures to deal with the new situation.
