| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济以及科技发展对创新人才的需求,大学人才培养模式改革势在必行。近年来我国研究型大学试图突破传统教育模式,在人才培养目标定位、专业与课程改革、创新人才培养体系建构等方面积累的实践经验,表明应该根据大学教育以及培养创新人才的基本规律,充分调动师生教学改革的积极性,科学定位人才培养目标,通识教育与专业教育兼顾,积极推进人才培养模式的多元化探索。
