| 摘 要： | 为研究喀斯特地区建设用地集约利用水平，本文以贵州省兴义市为例，从建设用地结构、投资与效益状况和潜力3个方面选取8个指标进行分析，同时与贵阳市、贵州省平均水平和全国平均水平进行对比。结果表明：（1）建设用地主要类型由居民点及独立工矿用地占主导转变为居民点及独立工矿用地与水利设施用地两种类型。（2）建设用地投资强度和建设用地地均二、三产业新增值总体上呈增加趋势；人均建设用地先增加后降低；单位GDP建设用地总体上呈减少趋势；（3）固定资产投入和第二、三产业GDP增长速度均高于建设用地增长速度，但投入与产出呈现差异，是产出的3．13倍；人口增长速度低于建设用地增长速度。（4）兴义市建设用地集约利用水平基本上处于贵州省平均水平，低于省会城市贵阳市和全国平均水平。

| Abstract: | For the study of intensive use of construction land in Karst area, Xingyi city of Guizhou province is taken for example, eight indexes are selected from three aspects, structure of using land , investment and benefit Comparing with Guiyang, the average level of the same year in Guizhou and the national average. It is shown that ： （ 1 ） The main type of construction land was changed from only resident and isolated industry land to resident and isolated industry land and water conservaney land. （2） Two indexes increase in general, which are investment intensity and new value - adding of second and third industries per land of construction land. The construction land per capita firstly increased and then decreased. （3） The growth rate of fixed assets investment and the GDP of second and third industries are both higher than the construction land, but the investment is different from output and 3.13 times of output. The population growth rate is lower than the construction land＇s. （4） The level of intensive use of construction land of Xingyi is basically at the average level of Guizhou province, lower than Guiyang＇s and the national average. |
