| Abstract: | The income reducing process is in the land appraisal one of most commonly used methods, but there exist some problems in the sctual operation regarding the land net -income and the land return to original state interest rate＇ s definite method. The author in view of these questions proposes some measures to solve these problems and attempts to improve the application of the method. |
