| 摘 要： | 充分利用清洁发展机制（CDM）所带来的资金和技术，发展小水电等可再生能源的小型捆绑CDM项目对于提高省农村地区的能源服务质量，增加就业，促进节能减排工作等方面具有重要意义。从分析2007年前后贵州省小水电CDM项目的开发状况入手，介绍了几年来在黔东南自治州开展小水电捆绑CDM项目案例开发的过程和经验，并提出了相关对策建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the energy service quality of Guizhou country area, increase the employment chance and promote the energy - saving and gas - releasing decreasing work, it is of significance to make the best of the funds and technologies brought by CDM and develop CAD tied projects of small power stations with regeneration energy. Starting with analyzing CDM projects of Guizhou small power stations after 2007, the article introduces CDM development process and experience, putting forward related suggestions. |
