| 摘 要： | 对大型施工企业信息化进行需求分析是实施信息化项目的基础，需求分析决定了企业如何选择和应用不同的信息化项目。通过对大型施工企业几个关键业务的需求分析，对其进行问题识别和分析综合，提出基于现存问题的解决思路，分析各关键业务的信息化需求。

| Abstract: | Needs analysis of large - scale construction enterprise iniormation is the base of implementing information items and it determines how enterprises choose and use different information projects. Through the needs analysis of several critical services of largescale construction enterprises, the present article puts forward the solution based on the existing problems and analyzes the information needs. |
