| 摘 要： | 以“梯度发展战略”理论启发创建贵州大学乒乓球俱乐部实体为导向，形成教练，高水平队员为技术核心，渗透广大乒乓球爱好者的传播模式，全面提高乒乓球项目技战术水平，促进体育市场职业赛制，模塑国球文化提升学校形象的建设，以“梯度发展战略”的理论为依据，科学发展为导向，总结提出贵州大学乒乓球俱乐部的“梯度发展战略”持续性措施。
